Return and Refund Policy:

Shri Mandala is here to provide you with the best range of quality home decor products along with very friendly and flexible return or refund policy:

  • We at Shri Mandala work honestly and dedicatedly to offer you the best products online but still if in any case you want to return the product, there is a properly defined 15 days return policy. You can return the product within 15 days from the day you received it. However, a part of the refundable money will be deducted as a compensation for our shipping fee.
  • If you finally decide to return the product you have to simply email us at with the subject marked as ‘Return Item’ so that we can provide you the address for the same.
  • If you receive damaged product, please send us the Clear and properly clicked pictures of the spoiled or damaged products
  • The products received by us should be in their original condition, packaging and unused. If we find any changes in the product or if it is dirty or used, it will not be accepted.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning the product. The return shipping charges will not be reimbursed or refunded.
  • If the product your ordered is shipped and then you want to cancel it, you will have to write an email to with the subject marked as ‘Cancel Order No-‘. We request you to wait till it is reached at your address, if it is sent through economy shipping (India Post) you need not to accept the parcel so that the economy postal service returns the item back to us. In other case, if the parcel sent through the express service or any courier service, please accept it and write to us for the return address. Please return the parcel unopened to the address provided by us.
  • Use only the standard local postal service (EMS) to return the product. If you parcel the product through any express shipping or courier service we are not responsible for any kind of custom fees imposed on you.
  • Please fill up any custom documents with: “Product Return to seller – $0 value”, as the description or declaration.


The economy service provider (India Post) always attempt to deliver the parcel to the correct recipient but if in any case they do not find the authorized recipients they leave a notice at the recipient’s address.  If he or she does not claim the parcel it is returned back to us within certain time period. Generally, it is 14 days and in such case the buyer or recipient is liable to pay shipping cost again to us in order to dispatch returned parcel again on his or her address.
