Apart from India we deliver to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ & Entire Europe. ( More Then 200 Countries)

What payment methods are provided by you?

We accept payment through PayPal and Wire Transfer only.

How can I pay if I don’t have my PayPal account?

You should not be worried if you don’t have PayPal account because now you can pay with your Visa/Master Card through PayPal. When you tap on PayPal option it diverts you on PayPal site where you discover two alternatives- “Pay with my PayPal account” and “Pay with my debit card or credit card”, click on “Pay with my debit or credit card” and fill all the card details and your payment will be made successfully.

Can my order be delivered within 4 Days?

If you choose the “Express shipping” option while placing the order then it will be delivered within 3 to 4 buisness days, but it may vary from country to country. You will be charged little bit extra during the transaction as this service is paid.

Is Registration Required To Place An Order?

No registration is required for placing the order on our site. Once you place the order and make the payment through Paypal, your delivery address will be fetched from your PayPal account and an account will be created for automatically. A confirmation email will be sent to your email id stating the order details and the account password and user id.

I Came Across An Error While Making Payment What To Do Now?

When will you ship my order?

According to the rule, we ship most of the orders in 1 business day if there are no festivals or occasions. You get a shipment information email with the tracking id immediately after the order is shipped from our warehouse. If you do not receive the email, check it in your spam folder.

How Can I Track My Order?

We will send you the Tracking Link and Tracking ID  after your oder shipped from our Wareahouse.  You need to enter tracking id given in the confirmation email and the Transaction Email ID. It will show you all information like order date, shipping date and its current location.

Can I Make Changes into My Order?

Once you have placed your order and its shipped, you cannot make any changes in it. Still if you want any amendments then write to us at shrimandala7@gmail.com

I have still not Received My Order. What Should I Do?

The economy shipping service generally takes 7 to 9 days to deliver the order form the day of placement. So, if you have selected this service you will have to wait for these many days. Still if you think the order is being delayed then directly write to us at shrimandala7@gmail.com

I registered on the website But could not find my Order In My Account?

Please make sure that your registered with email id that matches the transaction email id. If you have registered with the same email id which is linked to your PayPal account then only you will be able to see all your orders in the account otherwise not.

Can I Pick My Order From Your Warehouse?

We are sorry to say that we don’t offer this service to our customers. We ship all the items through economy service (RAE/TPL and India Post) and express service (UPS/DHL/FedEx). If you want to get items early please select express service instead of economy during transaction to get items within 3-4 business days.

Would You Pay Back If Item Is Not Delivered Within 3-4 Business Days With Express Service?

We are not responsible if the item is not delivered within 3-4 business days time period even through the express service because they differ from location to location.

How To Use Promotional Code?

Once you have added your favourite items into the cart, you will see a box for promo code in order summary where you can apply the promo code to redeem the offer.

How Do I Check My Order History?

Once you place your first order at shrimandala.com our system automatically creates your account and sends you the email and password with order confirmation email so that you can check your order history in future and place more orders easily.

In how much time can I return the item?

You have only 15 days time period to return an item. The products received by us should be in their original condition, packaging and unused. If we find any changes in the product or if it is dirty or used, it will not be accepted.

How Can I Exchange An Item?

If you want to exchange the item, please write to us at shrimandala7@gmail.com stating a valid reason for the same.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

After the completion of payment PayPal will redirect you on the site where you will find the ‘Change the shipping address’ option. You can click on the option and update the valid address. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes or modifications in the address. So, please make sure that the entered address is correct.

If the item which I need Gets Out Of Stock Or Sold Out, What Should I Do?

Reach out to the option “Ask a question” present on the product listing page and post the question asking till when the required product will be available. Do not forget to mention your name and email id. Our team will give you the estimated time of that particular item and once it is there with us we will notify you through email.

What Should I Do If Item Is Found Damaged?

Notify us immediately through email on the same day with attached photos of broken/damaged item. We will look into the matter and get back to you soon.
